Tray types:Click to enlarge

  • Ladder (standard) - rung spacing of 6" (150mm), 9" (230mm) or 12" (300mm)
  • Ventilated Bottom - 4" (100mm) maximum open space between the rungs
  • Solid Bottom - rungs (12" (300mm) spacing) on top of solid sheet

Siderail:

  • Extruded Aluminum Alloy 6005
  • Continuous open channel that accepts spring nuts for a no-drilling, fast and easy installation
  • Nominal Height 4" (100mm)
  • Loading Height 3-1/4" (83mm)
  • Length 10'-0" (3048mm)
  • Minimum cross-sectional area of 1 pair; 1.8in2 (1161mm2)

Rung:

  • Extruded Aluminum Alloy 66081
  • Rounded Edges
  • Continuous open channel that accepts spring nuts or pipe clamps for added versatility.
  • Slotted holes [size 0.25" (6.4mm) x 0.75" (19mm)] on 1" (25.4mm) centres for easy tying down of cables and to accommodate stainless steel banding (Marine rung-U.S. Coast Guard requirement).
  • Accepts Talon® cable cleats that secure cables that are subject to axial, lateral and torsional forces; providing strain relief for vertical cables; protect high, medium and low voltage cables from mechanical damage resulting from short circuits.
  • Every second rung is inverted to allow for underside mounting of cables and conduit
  • Wide rung gives maximum cable bearing surface.

Certification:

  • CSA, CEC, C22.2 No.126.1, NEMA VE 1
  • Classified by UL as to its suitability as an equipment grounding conductor only (4PH7)
  • Classified by UL to comply with the applicable requirements in accordance with Sections 392.60(A) and 392.60(B) of NFPA 70 NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE WITH AMD 1 - 5 - Edition 2017 - Revision Date 2017/07/18 and the test methods of NEMA VE1 METAL CABLE TRAY SYSTEMS- Edition 6 - Issue Date 2017/07/14.
